Doggins is a quiet little adventure game created by Brain&Brain about a terrier, time travel, and a villainous monocled squirrel. Explore the moon, sniff some things, and unravel a plot to sabotage the history of human invention.

Doggins Characters

The Characters

Doggins the terrier lives in an ordinary house between endless other ordinary houses. He sleeps in an ordinary bed under a tall, but otherwise ordinary window. And every night, he dreams of adventure. On this particular night, his arrival on the moon disrupts the schemes of a villainous squirrel and creates a dangerous, if small, enemy.

Fitzwilliam is a genius squirrel from the 1800’s who has built a time machine, the Timeshaker. With it, he journeys to the present day and builds a stronghold on the moon beneath what he calls the Diabolical Party Tree. There he begins making preparations to unveil his invention and its purpose before a crowd of fellow squirrels invited to celebrate.

The Giant Crat was discovered on the moon by Fitzwilliam and claimed as a henchman. He never speaks, and no one knows quite what he is, though he is often erroneously described as a "snowman thing." He’s only capable of processing a single order at a time but is obstinate in carrying it out, regardless of the order’s source.

The Squirrels are a race of highly intelligent and roguish creatures, engaged in a subversive campaign to put an end to human tyranny. Fitzwilliam is the most brilliant and villainous of them all, and, though he mysteriously vanished in the 1800’s, he has lived on in legend since. When they receive his party invitation, the squirrels travel to the moon in droves.
